    Details:

    runs $4.50/lb. hanging weight and are pre-sold with an $125 deposit. The final balance due will be determined after the cow has been taken to the butcher. We will call you with a balance due based upon the hanging weight. Our hanging weights for a quarter are usually 125-220 lbs. The yield varies depending on how fat the animal is and how it is butchered, but is typically 60-70% of the hanging weight, so 75-160 lbs. of finished cuts. 

     

    Please note, we do not offer refunds on deposits. All pricing includes butchering, wrapping, labeling and packaging. DOES NOT include shipping.

      What is "hanging weight": weight of the cow after the head, hide & entrails have been removed once at the butcher.

      We will discuss you shipping options with you when you place an order. We use USPS or FedEx. All beef is packed on dry ice or gel packs. Cost will vary based on location. We ship from Chehalis, WA.

    • RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

      We current do not refund deposits. If there is an issue with you order we manage it on an individual basis as we mostly sell to friends and family.
