    Details:

    runs $4.00/lb. hanging weight and are pre-sold with an $250 deposit. The final balance due will be determined after the cow has been taken to the butcher and we will call you with a balance due based upon the hanging weight. Our hanging weights for a whole are usually between 450-780 lbs. The yield varies depending on how fat the animal is and how it is butchered, but is typically 60-70% of the hanging weight, so 270-550 lbs of finished cuts. 

     

    Please note, we do not offer refunds on deposits. All pricing includes butchering, wrapping, labeling and packaging. DOES NOT include shipping.

      What is "hanging weight": weight of the cow after the head, hide & entrails have been removed once at the butcher.

       

      The yield, or final weight will be roughly 60-70% of the hanging weight. The final balance due will be determined after the animals have been taken to the butchers.

    • RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

      We current do not refund deposits. If there is an issue with you order we manage it on an individual basis as we mostly sell to friends and family.
